As we already mentioned India has made a record in the Asian Games 2023, achieving its best-ever medal tally in the history of the tournament. On 5 October 2023, India won a total of 82 medals, with 19 gold medals, 31 silver medals and 32 bronze medals. According to the report, the trio of Aditi, Parneet, and Jyothi won a gold medal after beating Chinese Taipei’s Yi-Hsuan Chen, Lu-Yun Wang and I-Jou Huang by 230-229. In the first set, the Chinese Taipei rivals gave a hard battle and succeeded it by  54-56, but following that India defeated the entire match to clinch the second gold in archery. Earlier in the quarterfinal round of the combination women’s team event, Jyothi Surekha led India’s women’s archery team to beat Hong Kong by 231-220 to grow their path into the next round of the game. Reportedly, even though Hong Kong’s Hung Ting Cheng, Yin Yi Luk, and Yuk Sheung Wong gave a difficult fight in the tournament, the Indian archers didn’t make any mistakes to seal a win. Earlier on Thursday in the semifinal match of the event, Aditi, Parneet, and Jyothi determined a win against Indonesia’s Sri Ranti, Ratih Zilizati Fadhly, Syahare Khoerunisa 233-299.
