There is now a big news in the world of vehicles. Now Automakers Kia and Hyundai are recalling a total of 3.3 million vehicles in the United States. It has been done to risk of fire in the engine compartment. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, it has been clearly advised that vehicle owners now can park their vehicles outside and away from their residences. They should park their car away from their home till their car receives proper treatment and they get repaired well. This is a very big decision by Hyundai and Kia. Recently in a press conference the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) stated that Till all all these cars are recalled is in the repair till then the manufacturers say the safest place to park them is outside or away from their house or some other structures. It is really important right now because of the safety majors. The NHTSA said that the recalled vehicles can catch fire whether the vehicle is parked anywhere or the car is turned off or it can also catch while driving the car. NHTSA also said that the vehicle anti-lock brake system module may leak brake fluid internally and it can cause an electrical short. Because of the electrical short, it can result in a significant overcurrent in the ABC module which can increase the risk of the engine compartment fire while the car is parked or it is in the driving mode. As per the NHTSA filing, Kia is now recalling 1.73 million vehicles which include Soul Rio, Rondo, Sportage, Forte, Borrego, Cadenza, K900, Sorento, and Optima from 2010 to 2017. On the other hand, Hyundai is now recalling 1.64 million cars which include, Santa Fe sport vehicles, Tucson, Tucson Fuel Cell, Santa Fe, Equus, Veracruz, Azera, Accent, Sonata Hybrid, Genesis Coupe, Veloster, and Elantra from 2011 to 2015.

National Highway Traffic Safety Administration also said that Kia is currently working on the remedy to repair the issue and Hyudai is currently planning to notify the vehicle owners so that they can get to their nearest dealership in order to replace the ABS module fuse.
