Will ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Be Played In New York Next Year?
According to the reports, the ICC is firmly with its decision to organize the tournament in New York City. If it happens, one of the possible venues is a 34,000-seater pop-up facility located 30 miles east of New York City. Reportedly, the next edition of the Men’s T20 World Cup will be co-hosted by the West Indies and the USA. According to the reports, the stadium that will host the marquee rivalry between India and Pakistan will be erected in Eisenhower Park located in East Meadow, Long Island 30 miles east of Manhattan. It is spread across 930 acres in East Meadow.
ICC’s Official Statement About T20 World Cup 2024
As of now, all are sorts of speculations, not an official confirmation because ICC has not officially confirmed the venues for the upcoming T20 World Cup. But it is expected that the official statement regarding the same will come out within months as the officials of ICC and New York City are currently in substantive talks for the construction of a similar pop venue in Van Cortlandt Park.

Earlier, ICC announced that the World Cup will commence with 20 teams on June 4 and will conclude on June 30 because the MLC Season 2 will tentatively start in July.
